To review your subscriptions, use the following link: View my subscriptions.
Otherwise you can follow these steps:
If you have iOS 13 or higher:
Open your App Store app - tap your account's icon - Subscriptions. 
You will see a full list of all your active subscriptions. Tap the one you are interested in. You will see different options to manage your subscription.
You can change your current plan by tapping any of the lines with a different price or duration.
Or cancel your subscription by tapping "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
If you have iOS 12.4.3 or below:
You can access your subscriptions by entering your device's Settings - iTunes & App Store.
Now you need to follow the simple steps:
1. Tap Apple ID and choose the first option "View Apple ID". You might need to sign in or use Touch ID/Face ID.
2. You will see the page with your Account. Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap it.
4. From the list of your subscriptions choose the one you want to manage (here it's Coloring Book for Me).
5. After tapping one of your subscriptions you will see your Options. You can now change your subscription plan or cancel it by tapping Cancel Subscription.
*After canceling your subscription, you will still have a full access until the expiration of the billing period (the end date is indicated below the option Cancel Subscription).
