We are sure that the best way to achieve better results is to make resolutions and monitor your progress on the way to them. And here the trends will help you a lot.
1. Open the main screen of the app and tap the Trends tab in the bottom menu bar.
2. On the Trends screen there is information about your Sleep Quality, Time Asleep, Sleep Debt, the time you Went to Bed, Woke up, and Sleep Phases. In order to see all these sections, scroll down the screen.
3. There is a timeline in the upper part of the screen presented in a form of day/week/month/all. You can switch between these data by tapping the corresponding tab.
You can see the data for a chosen date. Here it's August 25. To change the date, tap the Calendar icon in the upper left corner.
The dates with data will have a blue dot below them. Today is highlighted in white. Please also remember that you will see data for seven days/weeks/months prior to the chosen date. To choose a date, tap it once.
Your total sleep data can be found by tapping the icon in the upper right corner of the Trends screen. As you've noticed, there is a number there and it represents the total number of nights (in this example, 3 nights).
On the Total data screen, you will find all your sleep data corresponding information. If you are not sure what it means, please check this link.
You can even share these data by tapping the share icon in the upper right corner. Similarly, tap it to share a chart on the Trends screen.
