There are yet more settings in the app you can adjust in order to get the most out of the app.
1. Open the main screen of the app and tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu bar.
2. Swipe down the Settings screen to the "General Settings" section.
In order to set reminders, tap the arrow next to the "Reminders" tab.
There are 2 kinds of reminders available to you: sleep tracking reminder and end of the week summary reminder. To enable them, simply move the switch next to it to the right (the ON position). In the example below, the first reminder is ON and the second is OFF.
3. The auto-lock function allows saving the battery. You can choose to turn off the screen when plugged-in and when on battery.
4. Connect to Apple Health, enable this function so that the app can export the data to this default health application.
