There may be several reasons when weather data doesn't update and this is not always the app's fault. This may be a dropped Internet connection or other occasional glitch.
These simple steps will help you to quickly mitigate a one-time issue:
1. Update the data manually. You just need to tap the screen of the app, drag it down and then release.
2. Restart the app.
If you have iOS 6 or earlier installed on your device: Press the Home button twice to bring up the multitasking bar. Tap and hold the icon of the app you want to quit and remove from the bar. In a second or two, a red badge with a minus symbol will appear on the icon. Tap the minus symbol to quit the app. Then launch the app again.
If your device has iOS 7 or later: Press the Home button twice to bring up the multitasking cards interface. Swipe up the app card you want to quit. After this start the app again.
If the issue continues after these actions - please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org the name of the location for which the data is incorrect, so that we could investigate it further.
