Weather data doesn't update

There may be several reasons when weather data doesn't update, and this is not always the app's fault. This may be a dropped Internet connection or other occasional glitches.

These simple steps will help you to quickly mitigate a one-time issue:

1.Update the data manually. You just need to tap the screen of the app, drag it down and then release. At the very top of the screen, you will see a fastly moving gray line, it means the application is being updated.  


2.Restart the app.

To do that, tap the “Recent apps list” button on your device. It is one of the three navigation buttons used on Android devices. It is situated next to the “Home” button and its position varies depending on the device. When miniatures of the opened tabs open, tap the “x” or simply swipe it right to close the tab.
