How to cancel subscription

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To view your subscriptions, use the following link: View my subscriptions.

You can also access your subscriptions from your device by entering Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID

Or by going directly to the iTunes Store. Your Apple ID will be at the bottom of the screen.

Now you need to follow the simple steps:

  1. Tap Apple ID and choose the first option View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.

  1. You will see the page with your Account
  2. Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap it.

  1. From the list of your subscriptions choose the one you want to manage.

(*If you’ve paid for a subscription, but it doesn’t appear on your list, this could mean that you are being billed through another service and that you might need to contact the content publisher or an app developer directly. For more information, please contact support@apalon.com).

  1. After tapping one of your subscriptions you will see your Options. You can now change your subscription plan or cancel it by tapping Cancel Subscription.

*After cancelling your subscription, you will still have a full access until the expiration of the billing period (the end date is indicated below the option Cancel Subscription). 

 

 

On your Mac or PC

To view your subscriptions, use the following link: View my subscriptions.

You can also access your subscriptions from your Mac or PC following these steps:

 

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Choose Account from the menu bar on your right or at the top of the iTunes window. Tap it.

    1. If you're not signed in, you will be asked to sign in with your Apple ID. If your Mac has Touch ID, it can be used as a password to log in. Click Sign In to complete the operation.

    1. Now you can see your Account Information. Scroll down to the section Settings > Subscriptions > Manage

    1. You will see the list with your subscriptions. Choose the one you want to manage and click

    1. After choosing Edit, you can use different options to manage the subscription. You can both change your subscription plan or cancel it by tapping Cancel Subscription.
