How to activate the Live Activities feature?

The Live Activities feature provides you with minute-by-minute precipitation for your current location, or the first location from your list.

The Rain/ Snow Scope feature is activated automatically if there’s precipitation in the chosen location in the next 1-3 hours and provides a minute-by-minute precipitation forecast. All other time, you won’t find this feature.

Please note that the Live Activity feature requires the Pro Features subscription.

To ensure that it works properly, please do the following:

1. Enable the Live Activities option in the Weather Live app's settings menu, and provide all requested permissions in your device's settings.

2. Next, when you have precipitation in your location, please start the Live Activity from within the app, and the Rain/ Snow Scope feature will be showing forecast weather data on the lock screen.

Also, this feature is integrated with Dynamic Island (for iPhone 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max), and will be available even on the Home screen on these devices.
